Over fifteen years’ experience across UX, UI, product strategy, and venture building, with deep expertise in fintech and regulated environments. As a flexible T-shaped design generalist, I’ve led cross-functional teams, built design practices from scratch, and delivered measurable impact across startups, scale-ups, corporates, and institutions.
Originally from the UK, I’ve worked across Australia and New Zealand since 2012, both in person and remotely. In January 2026, I returned with my young family to Wales and am now focused on opportunities closer to home.
